Lola and I are the only two in this family to need glasses, the only ones to know how great it feels to see the world again without smudges and fingerprints and frames off-kilter on the nose.
So we try to look out for each other, pun intended, with the lens wipes and reminders to rinse those frames.
I think I can say with certainty, though, nobody reminded her to clean her lenses while I was gone on a work trip this week … it took a few extra swipes for me to clear ‘em of a week’s worth of reading, school, soccer, and afternoons at the park with her friends.
But Mom’s home again, and Baby Girl is going to see in the morning!!!
